What type of pimple creams would you recommend?

My forehead recently broke out with pimples. My skin is normal, but can dry out if I use certain face wash or some ointments. I tried some Clearasil, but it is not helping much.|||Zapzyt It%26#039;s really good I use it at night and in the morning my pimples disappear.
