How do I relieve a painful pimple on my back?

I have a pimple right where my bra hook lies and it%26#039;s very painful. What do I need to do to make it go away? It%26#039;s making my whole back ache.|||If you can clearly see the centre of the pimple, or there%26#039;s a head on it, pop it. If there%26#039;s no clear %26#039;centre%26#039;, don%26#039;t, you%26#039;ll only make the pain worse. As gross as this sounds, get someone else to do it because it%26#039;s very difficult to cleanly extract everything when you%26#039;ve got your hands twisted around your back. Back pimples also tend to be very deep, so getting someone else to do it ensures it%26#039;s all come out. It%26#039;ll hurt, but afterwards just put some healing cream on it as you would a normal scratch and it%26#039;ll clear up right away.|||take a warm shower. When you are done the pores will open more. Boil water and dip the edge of a cloth in. Let the cloth cool a little to a bearable warmth and hold it against the pimple. This will allow the oil and gunk under the skin to come closer to the top of the skin. The warmth will relieve some of the pain. Start to apply a spot treatment directly to the area after warming. Keep repeating these steps.

You can also alternate the heat with cold to ease pain. Hold an ice cube to the area to help with the swelling. Reapeat a few times and once again apply a spot treatment.|||If it will pop, try that. I know that popping zits can cause scars and you just in general shouldn%26#039;t do it, but I always pop mine when they really hurt.

If it won%26#039;t pop, start putting plenty of anti-ance cream on it. A hot compress would help too.
