Is it possible to have a pimple inside the testicle that is causing this testicle pain?

If you go to my other questions and read them, please i would very much appreciate it. You will see what other pain i am talking about. But is it possible for that to happen?|||Well, your other questions were the same. MRI costs more by the way. My advice to you is this. Drive yourself to the local Health Department or call them and make an appointment with the Dr. there. They should keep it confidential and you will get some advice from a medical person at least. Now. Your question, can it be a pimple, yes, it could and it may be and it could be an infection and it could be many things . But, what it could be and what it is really isn%26#039;t doing you any good is it? Get to that clinic and talk to someone and get an exam. Then, if there is a chance that you have a bigger problem than a pimple or anything like that, you can deal with it and have help doing that.

Don%26#039;t get freaked out. I hope you haven%26#039;t been sleeping with everything that moves because it could be something else too. You need to know. Now, make the call, go to the appointment. Take a close friend or relative that you can trust to keep their mouths shut with you or go alone if you can%26#039;t do that. We can%26#039;t give you peace of mind on this forum. Sorry. Only a Dr. can do that. OK? It%26#039;s probably nothing and you may just need some antibiotics....just go and see. Also, if you%26#039;re 17 and your parents have ins. you should be covered. If not. Health Dept. will charge based on income. Ask them when you call. You may have to bring some info. with you. OK? Stay calm. Get some rest.|||You are so welcome and I hope everything turns out just fine for you. Report Abuse
|||I could be wrong but I believe that this may be a sign of cancer. Does it feel like a small bean? I HIGHLY recommend calling your doctor RIGHT NOW.

I just found this online:

Cancer of the Testicle Symptoms

Most testicular cancers are discovered by the man himself when he notices a painless swelling (58%), lump (27%), or pain (33%) in a testicle.

The lump may be small (the size of a pea) or large (the size of marble or even larger)

Less common symptoms include a lasting ache or sensation of heaviness in the testicle.

Significant shrinking of a testicle or a hardness of the testicle are other less common symptoms.

Occasionally, a dull ache in the pelvis or groin is the only symptom.

Rarely, the first symptom may be breast tenderness (3%), a result of hormonal changes brought on by the cancer.

Changes in the testicle can be detected early by practicing monthly testicular self-examination. Self-exam is easy to do. Testicular self-examination is key to recognizing testicular cancer early. Males older than 18 years should be encouraged to perform monthly inspections of each testicle. For more information on how to do a testicular self-exam, see Prevention. Notify your health care provider about any suspicious finding or concern.|||Quit fooling around by asking this here. Tell your father, he will understand. Get to a doctor, this could be serious or turn serious.|||it could be an ingrown hair.

If the pain is inside, it could be testicular torsion (twisted testicle) and be check immediately.

Yeah, you might have a weakened tendon...if you wait, you could wind up with full torsion and thus it will die from the lack of blood flow and they will have to remove the dead testicle.

Don%26#039;t worry about the money. If your parents are THAT poor, they can fill out paperwork at the hospital for financial aid or charity. Talk to your dad, or maybe even a coach...or hell, walk into an ER! If you haven%26#039;t got your health...you haven%26#039;t got anything.|||pop it and see
