How do you get rid of a pimple?

I have a huge %26quot;under the skin%26quot; pimple on my chin (meaning it doesn%26#039;t have a head and can%26#039;t be popped. How do I get rid of it or at least reduce it size or get it to surface faster in order to pop it? Sorry I know it%26#039;s a gross question but HELP!! Home remedies would be very helpful! Thanks!|||I know of three methods you could try:

Toothpaste and let it sit on it - should raise the head to the surface.

Crush up aspirin tablets add a little pit of water to make a paste - place on your face and sleep with it on pimple over night

Warm up witch hazel and put it on a q-tip - apply pressure to the area; should raise head to the surface.|||Since it is under the skin, if you touch it or pick at it, you will run a very high risk of infection and scarring. If it is red and swollen, then ice it to reduce the swelling. Usually it will disappear on its own.

If it begins to surface, then use moist heat in order to open it up (do this at night before you go to bed because it will swell). Don%26#039;t try to pop it before it is completely to a head.|||Alot of people say toothpaste and all those other methods. But really, you just have to let nature run its course. It Will eventually come to a head on its own. Until then is just going to be tender as hell and get on your nerves. But when it come to a head, don%26#039;t pop it! That can leave nasty scars on your face and nobody wants that. And if you frequently have skin problems, try going to a dermatologist and maybe they can prescribe you a medicine that will help. And if that doesn%26#039;t work its probably hormonal and getting on a low dosage of birth control will take care of that. Along with drinking lots of water.|||Best way to reduce is put a blob of toothpaste on it and leave it overnight. When you wake up in the morning it will become very tiny and small.
