Just follow this link to order:|||sounds weird but try toothpaste...use a kind that is peppermint or any kind of mint...the menthol in it reduces redness and inflammation...wont get rid of it but tones it down a little...put it on before bed and sleep with it on let it completely dry though...in the morning use a warm wash cloth to dab at it so u don%26#039;t irritate it anymore
good luck|||A hot wash cloth being held on the area, toothpaste. I know this is going to sound weird a hot tea bag being held on the area with the hot tea near by so when it cools down you can dip it in and re-heat it. Also you could use a heating pad.
