Whats the fastest and best way to get rid of a sudden pimple?

I have fair skin but its not like exteremly sensitive but its not tough.

(my personal favorite is neutrogena oil free acne wash, amazing, works grreat on pimples, under 10 dollars) wash your face twice to be sure. then, wet a facecloth with cold, freezing cold water and place it on your face. this will close your pores so dirt and oil cant get into your face. then wet the towel with freezing cold water again and dab at your pimples, do not rub. this will make sure to not make your pimples worse and it will reduce swelling. if swelling hasent gone down, then place an ice cube over your pimples. hope this works well for you.|||try getting some clean and clear spot treatment its a little silver tube.
