How come sometimes you get a big pimple and other times you get a small one?

I was wondering why sometimes I will get a pimple that is small and sometimes one that is huge?|||It%26#039;s sort of random, really. Well actually..there is a reason. lol.





It depends on the size of the pore, how clogged it becomes, how inflamed/irritated it becomes, whether or not the skin upon it can %26quot;breathe%26quot;...
