What is a pimple called thats underneath your skin ?

I have one right underneath my lip and i want to get rid of it? It hurts when i touch it?|||It%26#039;s called cystic acne which basically means that it has not broken through your skin yet. There will probably never be a head for it so use any pimple/spot treatment on it to help it rise to the surface. Otherwise, get a very fine tip needle and try to find the center.|||let it come to a head ..... it will....push on it from inside you lip with your tongue.....it might hurt but try putting some benzoyle peroxide on it..... and that might help
