How do I remove a painful pimple on the side of your nose without pain?

I have the biggest pimple ever. It%26#039;s on the left side ( right side to you ) of my nose in the %26quot;crevice%26quot; where your nose meets your cheek. I%26#039;ve never had a pimple problem so I%26#039;m a little nervous about how and if I can pop it. Does anyone have any ways to remove a pimple easily without pain?|||You can try this.
