How do i get rid of this pimple directly under my nose?

I%26#039;ve gotten these before and they won%26#039;t go away for like months. Its growing right now and i%26#039;ve tried to pop it but nothing comes out, not even blood just a little bit of water. It looks really nasty because its not a white head or red its just big a sort of gray. I%26#039;ve tried applying acne medicine and nothings happening. These kind of pimples are hard to remove but im just wondering if theres a way to remove them easier.|||When you try to pop it takes longer to go away, thats why it is taking so long, just try not to touch it, wash your face with a face wash everyday (likethe brand noxzema daily cream/clenser). If and you choose to do this: (it may look alot worse, i would suggest doing this when you have nothing to do all day, cause it looks worse, but goes away alot faster, maybe a saterday morning) Either take a wash cloth, get the hottest water you can get on it, that won%26#039;t burn you. Then put it just on the pimple, it will bring it to the surface faster, but if u put it in other spots more pimples may form(if they are there but you can%26#039;t see them yet) Keep on doing this, Or I know this might sound stupid but take a small amount of tooth paste and put it on there, maybe put a bandage over it, then go on the computer for a while, wash it of with warm water.It will sting but not to much. Just remeber it will start to look worse, but it will go away alot faster, and after a a couple of hours you will see the difference.|||Before bathing, apply a mixture of fresh tomato pulp, honey and rose-water to your face and keep for twenty minutes before washing off.
