What are the pimple like bumps on my arms and chest?

They look like pimples or black heads most of the time but when I pop them they don%26#039;t have puss in them. This little puss colored seed looking thing comes out of them. I get them on my shoulders and chest a lot and less commonly on my back and face.|||They are blackheads (body acne), just use some acne fighting facewash in these areas and it should clear up.
