Fastest way to heal cystic pimple WITHOUT going to a derm?

Just wondering what the fastest methods are for bringing a cystic zit to the surface, healing it, etc, without going to the derm. I%26#039;m flat broke and my anniversary is Friday. Can anybody help?|||try taking a washcloth and get it as hot as you can stand it on your face. do that for 15 mins at least twice a day. but whatever you do DONT PICK AT IT.|||Get something that contains Benzyol Peroxide.
