Sorry for the gross question but when the blackhead or whitehead is on the surface of your face, you can use acne creams and gels - what can you do when you can %26quot;feel%26quot; it right under the surface of your face but it won%26#039;t break through the surface ???

Hot compress (Take a wet/clean wash cloth and heat in micro apply, repeat)
Just wash your face twice a day with acne wash, follow with a spot cream (acne cream) and you can also use a stridex type pad mid day to clean up any oil and dirt and dry out any acne.
It should come to a head or dry up - you can (if white) take a sterile needle to the center but use caution - and don%26#039;t squeeze it will just leave a scar and make you upset.|||I use a little hydrocortisone cream on it and it seems to help.
