How can I get rid of an infected pimple overnight, or at least make it less noticeable?

I%26#039;m not sure if the pimple is infected, but there is a white thing in the center, and it%26#039;s red around, so I%26#039;m guessing it is infected. Any solutions? Oh btw it%26#039;s not swelled anymore cuzz I used a teabag to reduce the swelling.|||Hi there! well do not worry it is not infected it is just gona burst very soon! u can use tooth paste to dry it out at night, ! and to cover it up first use some sun protection and then with cover up put a little bit on it and done! dont touch it let it go away on its own believe me!:) good luck!!!=)|||Some people like to pop them when they%26#039;re white, although dermatologists discourage that. If you MUST pop it, my dermatologist once squeezed lightly with Q-tips, pricked it with a clean needle, and put some medication on it...although I wouldn%26#039;t try that, because she is a professional who%26#039;s been trained for that haha.

(If you%26#039;re a girl) If you have pure mineral powder make up, you can use that for coverage, because it is healthy and won%26#039;t clog pores or irritate your skin, in most cases. (Bare Minerals might, because it has bismuth, so I recommend Everyday Minerals instead).

You really cannot make it disappear overnight in most cases, but any acne medicine (just the drugstore variety) with salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide can treat it if it%26#039;s infected and make it go away faster.

Best of luck to you!|||yeh i need the same thing!!
